Challenge: WellnessExpress Clinic wanted to inform families of new clinics located inside their neighborhood Longs Drugs and motivate them to trust Wellness Express for their basic medical needs.

Solution: DCP recommended a comprehensive, multi-step direct mail campaign that would first inform people of their neighborhood WellnessExpress clinic and over time build brand awareness and customer loyalty. Stage one in this campaign is an oversized, high-quality postcard mailed to neighboring households that highlights the benefits and services of WellnessExpress Clinic and includes an offer ($10 Longs Drugs Gift Card).

Results: The prognosis is promising. The postcard drove people into their local clinic for a service, while even more called in to find out more about WellnessExpress Clinic.
